To ensure a secure, transparent, and seamless public transport service for Rapid Pass users, the terms, conditions, policies, and procedures of the Rapid Pass system have been updated.
These guidelines provide detailed instructions regarding Rapid Pass card collection, registration, recharge/online top-up, QR tickets (Single Journey), card re-issue (lost or damaged), refunds, and Clearing House operations.
🔹 This policy applies to:
1. All Rapid Pass users and Clearing House system participants.
2. All payment and recharge channels (Online Top-up, TOM, TVM, AVM, PoS, mobile app, etc.).
3. Use of QR tickets (Single Journey).
4. Payment gateway and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) activities.
5. All authorized operators and agents associated with Rapid Pass services.

2. Card registration and account linking policy.
3. Card usage and balance management.
4. Offline and online top-up guidelines.
