Rapid Pass uses
SSLCommerz as its payment gateway for online recharge transactions.

- Rapid Pass does not store card, bank account, or payment credentials
SSLCommerz processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards.
4. Firebase Analytics & Crash Reporting
Rapid Pass uses Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, to enhance app performance and stability.
- App usage statistics and feature interaction data
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Crash reports and error logs
Firebase does not collect sensitive personal data such as passwords, National ID numbers, or payment details.

Rapid Pass operates under the supervision of the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA), a Government Organization, and complies with all applicable government rules and regulations.
