The Rapid Pass card is operated by the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA). To improve the overall service of the Rapid Pass system, understand user experiences, and collect valuable suggestions, an online feedback session has been organized with Rapid Pass users.

The feedback session will be held on 02/02/2026 at 11:00 AM via the Zoom online platform. The meeting will be presided over by Mr. Shahed Parvez, Training Advisor (Deputy Secretary), DTCA.
